DEE Tech is a Special Purpose Acquisition Vehicle (SPAC) dedicated to the technology sector and listed on the Paris Stock Exchange.
IDI is one of the founder and investor of DEE Tech alongside four other entrepreneurs and investors with complementary profiles (Marc Menasé, Michaël Benabou, Charles-Hubert de Chaudenay, MACSF Epargne Retraite) with the objective of supporting the emergence of a european technology giant.
With 165 million euros at its disposal, DEE Tech will invest in one high-growth companie located or operating in Europe (including the UK) or Israel, whose purpose is to facilitate the emergence of a digital and/or e-commerce leader.
In a context where a very large number of companies have been financed by venture capital and private equity, DEE Tech's ambition is to accompany founders and managers in a new stage of their company, by opening the way to listing in a new way.
