Groupe Positive publishes an intuitive and ergonomic marketing software solution in SaaS mode covering email, SMS and chat services, called Mailify. Its customer base comprises some 10,000 small and mid-sized companies mainly operating in the BtoB sector. Over the years, the company has enhanced its software solutions with new features designed to improve the construction of emails (email builder) or make email campaigns more efficient with the use of AI solutions (predictive dispatch, eye tracking, etc.). New innovative products are regularly developed by the in-house R&D team and launched.

The partnership with IDI is intended to help management transform Groupe Positive into a European multi-solution group servings SMEs in the field of marketing automation, by developing new offerings and services in-house and conducting acquisitions in adjacent verticals in France and Europe, with a focus on independent suppliers like Groupe Positive.
