Leader in mobile network planning and optimization software
Founded in 1987 in Blagnac, Forsk publishes and markets software solutions for planning and optimizing Radio Access Networks (RANs). The group counts some of the world's biggest telecom operators among its customers, thanks to its two world-renowned software solutions: Atoll, a tool for designing and optimizing multi-technology wireless networks, and Naos, a cloud-native automation platform enabling large-scale deployments and the automation of planning and optimization tasks.
Known for its technical expertise and strong capacity for innovation, Forsk has established itself as a benchmark player in mobile network planning and optimization software, with an estimated global market share of almost 60%.
With the support of IDI, Forsk intends to pursue its development, in particular by accelerating the marketing of the Naos solution and integrating new modules (indoor mobile networks, private mobile networks, artificial intelligence modules, 6G, etc.), both organically and through targeted acquisitions in France and abroad.
