Through its international presence and technical expertise, Flex Composite Group is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of high value-added technical fabrics and films. Through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions, FCG has established itself as a leading pan-European manufacturer of technical composite materials via three brands, ORCA, Fait Plast and Angeloni.

Acquired in 2015, ORCA is a Belgian company that designs and markets technical coated fabrics that meet the requirements of a wide range of applications (inflatable dinghies, transport, energy, aeronautics, etc.). In 2017, the group acquired Fait Plast, the leading Italian manufacturer of technical thermoplastic films for niche industrial applications (flocking and functional optimisation of sportswear, technical packaging, medical and paramedical applications, etc.). In 2019, FCG set up a new division specialising in carbon fabrics and technical composites through the acquisition of four Italian companies, now merged into a single vertically integrated structure named Angeloni.
